My husband and I built custom homes for years. I never considered getting my license in real estate even though we worked in real estate. In 2009, we had shop in Boulder City where we built retail store fixtures for a company in Las Vegas. The real estate market fell apart and so did our business. We were building a spec home in Meadview at the time. We moved to Meadview and finished the house. We both got jobs working at the Skywalk. I worked as a
photographer. Later, I bought a concession trailer, and we traveled to fairs all over the United States. My husband hated the food business (I had owned a restaurant before). He went back to work at the Skywalk, and I parked my concession trailer next to what would become the Kingman Premier Properties Meadview office. I had known Jonathan Kiser for years, and he convinced me to get my license and work with him. The rest is history.
